This is a platform for Minnesota Muslims to connect with professionals to learn valuable strategies for dealing with stress and strain life brings. Prioritizing mental and emotional wellness to enable us to develop unique strengths and gifts Allah SWT has given each of us and build meaningful relationships at home, work, and in our communities.

Most of us are feeling overwhelmed with mixed emotions due to social distancing, not knowing how long the pandemic will last, and what to do in this situation. We need to take care of ourselves, our families, and friends mentally and emotionally during this time. Alhamdulillah our community has so much to offer and this is why we have created this platform for you to connect with professionals in the mental health and education field.

Check out the topics that will be presented below and when the sessions will be taking place. All sessions will be presented via Zoom which you can join by clicking on the links below.
